We need to be able to create a feedback form or survey for volunteers to fill out post-opportunity.

Organizations using Bloomerang need to ability to provide on-line feedback forms and surveys for volunteers and partcipants that sign up using your services. It is very negligent to not have this capacity. We will be forced to use Google Surveys or Survey Monkey. We are trying to avoid needing so many different applications.
