Change the wording on the "waiver request" to make it an agreement statement or add that as an option and store this in the system.

We need for volunteers to read and agree to various policies (HIPAA/Confidentiality, Marijuana policy, Volunteer procedures, Immunization screening questions). This is not a waiver and they need to be able to read it but I would prefer it not to be on the application page but instead a link they click on.
