Auto-generated email Notifications to Admins for completed applications

We would like to know when an application has been completed - and for us to receive all of the answers to their questions. When we have Form Questions/Application for them to complete, and they complete and submit it, we would like to get their completed application emailed to us. Example: we have a Board Member application that is quite extensive and we would like to have the completed form sent to our Board President.
