Roster Mode: Search across the Organization Feature

It would be much more efficient and less time-consuming if there were an option to search for volunteers across the organization directly within the opportunity level. Often, when scheduling a volunteer, I realize—after applying the correct filters—that the volunteer I’m looking for isn’t yet assigned to the opportunity. This requires going back to the organizational level, locating the volunteer’s account, manually adding them to the opportunity, and then returning to refresh the page and reapply the filters in Roster Mode.

To streamline this process, it would be incredibly helpful to have a feature within Roster Mode that allows for organization-wide volunteer searches. This would eliminate the need for extra steps and make scheduling far more efficient.
