Select any Organization Level volunteer for a Shift

It would be a lot easier to schedule volunteers into shifts without having to go back to the "Volunteer" portal and select each volunteer I want, add them to the opportunity, and then go back to the opportunity and put those volunteers into the opportunity. It would be easier to be able to choose any volunteer at the opportunity and put them into the shift.
