Make shift volunteers visible to those signing up

Volunteers want to spend time with their friends or with their group - if they cannot see WHO has signed up for a shift, it makes it harder for them to figure out what shift to grab and they may think they will come back later - maybe they won't. Sign Up Genius is easy - why is this so hard?
