Increase font size of Shift Title for Volunteers in the shift-selection step and change order in shift box

Volunteers who quickly read the shifts may not realize the importance of the actual shift title which is currently on the bottom. If it could be moved further up in the box and increase the font size.

    Since the waitlist is not automated, we have had to create a separate shift called waitlist at the same time. Since the Shift title is at the bottom of the shift box, people click it thinking they are in the actual shift not the waitlist.
