Link Recurring Shifts Together

I'm so glad the recurring shifts have finally been implemented! However, they would be much more useful if they were still treated as a single shift and remained "linked" after creation. So adding or removing a volunteer from a recurring shift, for example, or moving it forward an hour, would change all instances of that shift.
