Schedule Number-based Groups

I'm currently working with multiple shifts where we recruit volunteers to sign up for either one shift or select many shifts (under one Opportunity). We also have different workplace groups that want to sign up as well.

Challenges: I can create a group, but cannot add the group to a specific shift at this time. I was referred to searching for the volunteers in that group and then add them to that shift. I unfortunately don't the reason for creating a group and then adding them to the shift separately.

I suggest to add a function that you can create a group, add volunteers to this group and then assign the group to a shift. This would be super convenient. It would also be nice to see everyone's name in the group on the shift.

At this time, we have figured out a different solution to support what we need.

We are creating Roles for these groups, and then assigning the role to that specific shift. We can see the Role Name (Group) and the names of the volunteers. This also supports other volunteers by not being able to select this groups shift when signing up. Hope this is a solution for others experiencing the same issues with groups.
