We've used software HomeBase to schedule and it has a calendar view of the schedule so volunteers can see their schedule plus others working and managers can see who is scheduled in a calendar view
Hi Melissa - can you please tell me where I can find that calendar view report you're talking about? This would be an incredibly helpful feature for my organization as well, and we can't seem to find anything like it anywhere in Bloomerang Volunteer. Thank you!
Thank you for your feedback! We just have released a calendar view report at both the organization and opporutnity levels that will let you view who is scheduled & when each day, by Opporutnity, by Role and by Venue.
It is very important we have a calendar view of those scheduled to work for the week and the month ahead. Floor managers need to know who all is and is not coming in. Volunteers need to see where we have shortages so they can offer to fill in (at this time, we have it closed for Volunteers to get into the platform).
We used to have this capability with our previous platform. Now, I have to create it myself which takes more time.
