Visibility of volunteers already signed up

Volunteers have asked that they be able to see who is already signed up for a shift before they themselves sign up. This could be a toggleable option, as I'm sure there are organizations that wouldn't want to reveal that information. However, many volunteers feel a comradery with other volunteers that they have worked with in the past and will be more likely to sign up for a shift if they see that a friend is already signed up!
