Currently, Bloomerang Volunteer will send a text message if a volunteer removes themself on the Mobile App and the Organization/Opportunity Manager is not logged in to the app. I would like to see this be toggleable, making it so that if the app can't send a push notification, it won't automatically send a text.
I am not worried so much about volunteers receiving text message reminders, but I don't want to receive a text message every time someone removes themself from a shift, especially because I will see that same notification on the Web App.
