See recent transactions on the Home Dashboard

It would be helpful if this and the existing recent constituents and recent reports sections of the dashboard were made "sticky" between logins. Because users get automatically logged out several times per day and the recent sections reset after a log out it makes these sections much less functional than if the recent data persisted from the previous session.

On the home screen/dashboard, I would like to see recent transactions (including date, name, donation amount, campaign, and a check box so I can mark if they have been acknowledged. This would save so much time and ensure all donors were thanked appropriately. Thank you!

These two ideas that were merged are not the same idea. One is for recent transactions, the other is for new donors.
