Drag and Drop shift to "copy" or "move" to another time or day

Currently you can drag a shift to another day to "move" that shift. But in order to copy the shift you have to go through multiple steps "clicking on shift, then choosing right option from dropdown, then selecting the date you want to copy it to." If there was an option to "drag to copy" a shift to another date (or same date different time) it would save a lot of time in copying similar shift to a different day or time the same day. The old software we used did this my giving a "popup" when moving a shift - allowing you to select if you wanted to "copy" the shift or "move" the shift - it made the process very fast and easy.
