Master Scheduling

This is useful when we have more than 100+ volunteer roles occurring on the same day and those roles are separated according to location but are still similar to one another. It gives us an overall view of coverage.

    As the administrator, I need to see who is coming and when for the day/week ahead. We have only a few shifts but the more we add, the harder this will be to track.

    Having a master calendar/schedule is crucial to managing our volunteers and ensuring we have adequate coverage for an event.

    Thanks for taking the time to comment. Can you help me further understand what you are trying to achieve with some examples? Do you need a 'master' view of the schedule at the highest organization level (across opportunities) to help you see where your scheduling gaps are?
