Show potential duplicates in the duplicate report for cases where the name matches, even if they don't have any contact information in common.
This would be extremely helpful as we often need to import data from other departments without as strong data management practices. Additionally, make it easier in general to find duplicate entries. I find this buried in Bloomerang.
I think they should show up under the notification bell, but with the ability to mark some as "Not a duplicate" (since you may indeed have 2 different constituents with the same name).
Would the " Name Only" duplicates show up on the notifaction bell at the top right?
