Examples:

• Make schedule transactions (like pledges, recurring donation schedules, and membership schedules) easier to distinguish from payments (like donations, pledge payments, recurring donation payments, and membership payments)

• Bigger difference between interactions based on the channel (eg in person, phone, mail)
