When you move to Bloomerang from another system, marking everything as acknowledged is not always possible. As a result, we have over 14,000 transactions listed as "no." I would feel a lot better about setting up auto-response emails if I knew all the transactions were marked correctly, and being able to address this in bulk would save me a lot of time.
