Automatic Receipting for Pledge and Recurring Donation Payments
Send a receipt every time a recurring donation or pledge is auto-processed to ensure that donors are having the best experience possible with your organization.
Receipts will be sent automatically and can be customized to fit your branding and message!
I'd like to add a request that you can select to only turn on auto receipting for recurring donations, without turning it on for all one-time gifts as well. We unfortunately can't use this feature since the one-time gifts require different receipts based on the gift type (e.g. check vs. donor advised fund vs. qualified charitable distribution). Thank you!
We would like to add to this, since it has now been implemented: that a receipt ALSO be sent for the first donation of a recurring pledge, where the gift runs the same day the promise is programmed to start. This feature did not roll out with the new instant-receipting. 4/17/2023 RNV
