Create new pledges through an online form

This would be incredible helpful! An online donation form where donors can choose a donation/pledge size and then set-up how they would like to pay off that donation. i.e., Sponsor a Butterfly for $1,200 - Select to make a 10% deposit of $120, and then $30/mth for 3 years"

Wait.... this isn't an option on donation forms? How are we supposed to collect pledges?

We'd like for our donors to be able to submit their pledge through an online donation form.

We are ready for launch a pledge campaign and want to use it only, but there is no way to accept online pledges.
