Don't show deceased constituents in search results

Be able to have a single file for all deceased donors. One would be able to find donors by their name - should that ever be necessary, but they would be in one file and would not show up on constituent searches

If I'm looking for Mary Doe's account, it's much easier to see Doe, Mary than Mary Doe.
