Make photo on profile a mandatory option.

When a volunteer signs up on Bloomerang and creates a profile, I would like the photo on the profile to be a mandatory option, not optional. We do large events and need to know what our volunteers look like if we are looking for them.

Bloomerang Volunteer Google Analytics Integration

Our Marketing team uses Google Analytics to track conversions through their communications channels. It would be great to be able to be able to track people who complete the sign-up process on Bloomerang Volunteer.
