Automation: Removing volunteers after 3 no shows

When a volunteer no call no shows, I think after this happens two or three times they should automatically be removed from the system.

It would be useful if we can add volunteers with an Organization Name vs a first and last name. We have several organizations that volunteer and the contact person changes frequently.

Option to make Volunteer cell phone number mandatory in an opportunity

I need to call my volunteers to verify information. If a volunteer doesn't include their number, I have no way to call them. I loose volunteers when I can't call them before their shift.
