import volunteer list with role

We have a large event with multiple roles and we must use another VMS system for the registration. Having the ability for an admin to upload this data on our end rather than relying on the volunteers to enter would be much easier. This system is very volunteer-centric, which I can see as being useful in many situations. But there are definitely many cases where it needs to be more organization-centric for managing roles and shifts.
