Embed Forms that add people directly to groups

I see that this is already a suggestion that is not prioritized, but it would be very helpful for us to be able to put forms on our website that people could fill out and then have those people be automatically added to specific groups.

Change default for number of items in list

Provide the ability to change the default for how many items will appear in a list. It would be helpful if I could change the default from 25 to a higher number like 100 as we have many items (like schedule).
