Track whether membership benefits have been delivered
When a membership comes with physical benefits, I want a way to track whether the benefits have been delivered so I can be confident the member received them and identify members who haven't received their benefits yet.
Clarify UX to create a new payment (currently requires clicking "New Donation")
Clarify dropdown options for creating new transactions. It can be confusing to select "New Donation" in order to add a pledge payment, recurring donation payment, or membership dues payment.
