Letterhead background in letters

Right now Bloomerang only allows to add images in. Add the option to upload an entire letterhead that sits under the letter.

    This would make a tremendous difference in our efforts. Please consider prioritizing this. Right now the sizing and formatting for every letter changes, and having our letterhead as a header and footer make the pages look awkward and clunky.
