On Volunteer Log-in, land on Organization Page instead of Dashboard

I think it is very confusing that when someone logs into volunteer and they are a member of just one organization that it makes them click on organization, It add a layer that is not needed. I get your intent is that a person over time might volunteer for multiple organizations that run boomerang and I hope your that successful but it is a simple matter upon login to know that a user is involved with more than one organization and if and only if they are with more than one give them the option THEN to choose the organization
