Pin specific opportunities to top of public page

It would be great if we could pin specific opportunities to the top of the pubic page so volunteers see those first (for example, one coming up soon or time sensitive versus an ongoing event). Right now they display in the order I created them in so newer opportunities are often overlooked or missed.
