Volunteer Shift Cancellation Confirmation Email Automation

We would like to be able to create an automation that sends an email to confirm that will send when a volunteer cancels their shift. They get a confirmation email when they sign up for a shift so it seems like we should be able to send an automatic confirmation if they cancel their shift.
