relate volunteers to a household

This would be helpful for families that volunteer. We allow kids 5 and up to volunteer, with adult supervision. Right now we can't track them as they don't sign up themselves and many don't have an email address. It would be great to have households and be able to track children under a parent account.

This would also be helpful for corporate or community groups as we have a number that volunteer with us and having a household/group identifier would allow us better tracking and the ability to link the company volunteer hours and their donations in the donor database for reporting.
