Ability to add/store a document within a Volunteer Profile

It would be really helpful for me to be able to add a document to a user's profile. If it was possible to do this in the "internal notes" section, that would be great. For example, any volunteer who drives for us has to have an MVR on file, and it would be good to store the PDF of this form on their user profile within Bloomerang so that everything can stay in one place.
