Formatted pdf report of shift volunteers with automatic send

We would like a weekly report that shows the volunteers signed up by Opportunity by shift in a printable format. The excel download is awkward (too much extra information included) and requires much mainpulation to print this out in an easily readable format. Would also like to have this automatically sent out each Monday morning (similar to CRM capability).
