Send a text to a group of constituents
As our donors begin to skew younger, they much prefer to communicate via text. We've explored some 3rd party options but they are not connected to Bloomerang and most are too expensive for us. It would be great if we could initiate a SMS message from Bloomerang and have it sent to an individual donor or a group using your filter capabilities. Please consider!
Agreed - this would be a great alternate means of communication for *most of our constituents.
Absolutely true. Fewer and fewer people open emails. It is not the preferred means of communication anymore. I found this even with older donors too.
Yes! We are finding that younger AND some older donors now prefer text communication to emails or calls!
