Automatic Waiver Renewal Options for Expired Waivers!!

Volunteers should get prompted when they need to fill out a new waiver. There is no way currently to account for waivers expiring every 365 days or calendar year. They should not be able to sign up for shifts in opportunities they already belong to until they have signed the waiver again.

Support team told me to create a new waiver and all new opportunities every calendar year and this caused mass confusion for our volunteers in January since they thought they had already signed up, why do they have to sign up again?

    Hi there,

    You do not need to create new opportunities every year. I recommend hiding the waiver from the previous year and creating a new one for the upcoming year. Then, you can send the volunteers back through the signup process by sending them the public page link.
