Filter Opportunities by Tag in Reports

We have a lot of opportunities, but they all fall into 3 main categories (construction, ReStore, and other). For pulling reports, it would be great to be able to filter by opportunity "Category" and get a report with all 19 opportunities in the "Construction" category. Maybe it could be filter by opportunities with the tag "construction"
