Not all VMS customers allow volunteer access to edit their profile or schedule themselves. When our volunteers unsubscribe from email they don't have access to their account to subscribe again. Many softwares allow them to email in they want to subscribe again. This function needs to be easier.
Yes! Some of our regular volunteers unsubscribed from emails while we were still figuring out what email automation settings we wanted. Maybe admin could "request to re-subscribe" in a vol profile, sending the volunteer an email asking if they want to re-subscribe?
