Email Communications - Open Rates

When we had our old system, Volunteer Local, anytime we sent out a mass email or an individual email we could see whether a volunteer had opened that email. This really helped us because if someone has been on our system for 6 months, but hasn't opened a single email or volunteered their time then we can remove them from the system and focus communications on volunteers who are active. I think this could be so helpful for Bloomerang and Volunteer Coordinators to know who is actually reading their communications.
