A volunteer doesn't show up for a shift

There needs to be a report that we can pull that shows shifts that a volunteer didn't punch in for. A No-Show list. That way we can figure out if the volunteer forgot to, or has a consistent issue on no-showing. This should be a Yes No field on an export allowing a quick sort of the date in excel
