Customize included/excluded transaction types from First, Largest, and Latest Transaction columns

This would add more customization to the Latest Transaction and other transaction-type calculated fields to include/exclude various transaction types (e.g., soft credits, recurring payments, etc.) from the value returned. This also considers allowing Fair Market Value to be included in the calculation.

    Please consider making soft credit data available with regard to Pledges - currently soft credits do not appear on Pledge Balance reports - many of our capital campaign pledges are paid through soft credits!

    Having the capability of assigning a soft credit as a pledge payment on a constituent record is great - but not being able to see that on their report makes no sense.
