Report for Volunteers that have accepted roles/schedule
We have large events with 100 volunteers that must all be manually entered on our end. It would be very helpful to add a column on the volunteer list that shows if a volunteer has accepted the role/shift.
Hi there,
Thank you for the feedback. If you navigate to the Schedule List View > Scheduled Volunteers, you can show data columns for Confirmations that will let you know if the volunteer has confirmed, declined, or is still pending. You can also display when the request was sent, when the volunteer responded, and the reason for the decline.
If you want to download this report, you can select the shifts and Export.
