Advance settings for automated emails to help with screening/training

We want to streamline our volunteer screening process by automating email communications.

As volunteers progress or want to gain access to other opportunities they do not have the training form, we want to have the ability to add a tag or qualification to their profile and that trigger an automated email with training videos, next steps etc. This ensures timely, clear guidance without manual follow-ups.
