We would like to add the ability for admins to send broadcast messages from the Bloomerang volunteer desktop login, instead of being required to use the app. Currently, an admin must be logged into the app to set up a broadcast, which can be inconvenient. Allowing this feature to be available on the desktop would enable admins to create, filter, and schedule broadcasts more efficiently.
Admins would be able to set up and manage broadcasts from their desktop login, without needing to access the app directly. This would improve the workflow, especially when handling large-scale communications with volunteers, and ensure messages are distributed in a more organized and timely manner.

Administrators can currently control the broadcast feature from the admin portal. Bulk Select Volunteers > Take Action > Send Message > Customize the Message Type to "Broadcast to App".
