Request for Administrative Permissions to Reset Volunteer Passwords

Our volunteer program would benefit from having administrative (Manager) permissions to reset or set temporary passwords for our volunteers.

Volunteers frequently reach out to our team when they encounter issues accessing the portal while trying to register for a volunteer shift. Without the ability to assist them directly, we are unable to resolve these issues promptly, which can delay their ability to participate in volunteer opportunities.

Granting us these permissions would enable us to provide timely support and ensure a smoother experience for our volunteers.
