Add Dashboard of Opportunities for Managers

This feature is useful because it gives us all the information that is important right when we open an opportunity. Rather than clicking each opportunity tab to view a schedule and see if there is an open shift or if volunteers have special exceptions, it would all be on one home page dashboard.

The Dashboard should have a list of all the upcoming birthdays of volunteers, Open shifts (can customize it to show the day, week, or month) and the open shifts will be in bright red, special exception dates, and recent activity (here, it will show a volunteer sign up or drops a shift).
