Include option to SMS text instead of Email Communications

The majority of our volunteers 30 and under prefer texting to email communications. Therefore, when we schedule shift reminders, they are not seeing them. In fact the only way to get a text to them is to do a push notification through the app, and insist that they do not use the app, so it defaults to text. There needs to be a way to direct these reminders through text. Even if its a paid feature, it is definitely the mode of communication we need.
