Report for Missed Check-ins

I am hoping that a report could be built that would identify where volunteers missed their self check-in. Ideally, it would show the following information: volunteer name, date, opportunity, shift name, and shift length. This report would help identify unlogged hours, which would then be corrected, resulting in a more accurate volunteer hour count.
