Capture signed waivers and store in system

We need to have a capture of waivers when signed so we can refer back to what was signed if something happens. Only having a checkbox that says the waiver was signed isn’t enough when it doesn’t tie the signature to the words that were signed. I can change what’s in the waiver verbiage at any time so without a record of what the waiver said when signed that we can see on an individual level, the digital waivers are pointless.
