I need to be able to see when my last interaction was with a constituent when I'm viewing various reports. This information may be helpful in providing next touchpoint guidance, allow me to prioritize which constituents need some new communication, etc.
We utilize a volunteer to make monthly thank you calls to donors. We can run an interaction report, but it is inefficient to have to cross-reference one report with the other. It would be so beneficial to have the last interaction date as a column in a report, so we are not duplicating touch points.
I would benefit greatly from this feature and would further note that it would be helpful to be able to add most recent interaction AND any open tasks that are either overdue or for the future.
This would be extremely helpful in reports for moves management!
This feature would be utilized heavily by our group as well as it's a key component of portfolio management to ensure we're staying in touch with our major donors.
