Creating group volunteers at the org level compared to the opportunity level

It would be nice if you could just create groups at the org level instead of the opportunity level.

That way you could create a group (aka: wells fargo volunteers) and then you could assign the group to any opportunity (aka: apple picking on farm or mentoring youth) and you wouldn't have to create a whole new group or entry, every time there was a new opportunity, you'd just assign the group to the opportunity.
